Tea Party: I

April 13, 2017

11324066_819868228092107_1890298356_n.jpgI love tea time and going to high tea whenever I can. Next month, I’m planning to host a tea party! Lately, California has been fluctuating in weather, so I’m hoping in May the temperature will be warmer and it can be a tea party at a park.

In order to prep, I’ve been browsing online for recipes.  I’m going to ask everyone to bring their own teacup, but besides that, I am planning to make items from a typical high tea menu (sandwiches, pastries, scones, and different varieties of tea (hot and cold)).

Here are some of the recipes I found, and I’m thinking of using most of these. It also depends on how many people I end up inviting and can go too, but I really would love to make all of these!
